Yes or no.
Exactly what does banned mean in this context? I canât specifically recall whether you have questioned my participating on this forum But rest assured there has been more than one poster on this forum that has questioned whether I should be participating on this forum.
With respect to your question in your post I am not sure who âtheyâ are.

This is wiki on your law concerning Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975
Offensive behaviour because of race, colour or national or ethnic origin
(1) It is unlawful for a person to do an act, otherwise than in private, if:
(a) the act is reasonably likely, in all the circumstances, to offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate another person or a group of people; and
(b) the act is done because of the race, colour or national or ethnic origin of the other person or of some or all of the people in the group.
Note: Subsection (1) makes certain acts unlawful. Section 46P of the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 allows people to make complaints to the Australian Human Rights Commission about unlawful acts. However, an unlawful act is not necessarily a criminal offence. Section 26 says that this Act does not make it an offence to do an act that is unlawful because of this Part, unless Part IV expressly says that the act is an offence.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), an act is taken not to be done in private if it:
(a) causes words, sounds, images or writing to be communicated to the public; or
(b) is done in a public place; or
(c) is done in the sight or hearing of people who are in a public place.
(3) In this section:
"public place " includes any place to which the public have access as of right or by invitation, whether express or implied and whether or not a charge is made for admission to the place.

The real cost to our communities and prison system is due to not enforcing our immigration laws. This is what Democrats should be working on, not relieving the anxiety to illegals for being caught. In one state alone the state prisons contain the following. Being state prisons, they are not there for crossing the border illegallyâŚbut what they do once they cross.
"As reported by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), 251,000 criminal aliens have been booked into local Texas jails between June 1, 2011 and April 30, 2018, according to DHS status indicators. These criminal aliens were charged with:
More than 663,000 criminal offenses;
1,351 homicides;
7,156 sexual assaults;
9,938 weapons charges;
79,049 assaults;
18,685 burglaries;
79,900 drug charges;
815 kidnappings;
44,882 thefts;
4,292 robberies."

I understand your goverment allows what you can or cannot say.
I am not sure what point you were trying to make.
I repeat your post shows a lack of understanding of how my countryâs federal parliament works.

I asked for a straight answer from you.
I get what youâre trying to say to me.
Now I am asking for a direct answer
Shouldnât be too hard for a defender of the ConstitutionâŚamirite?
What were the other almost 417,000 other criminal offences that you havenât listed?

What we know is that they werenât for border crossings or other immigration offenses, as that is not a state offense. The listed crimes are state crimes and that is the state prison system.
Thank you for acknowledging that you donât understand how the federal Australian parliament works.
