Yep.
from Montgomery County property values available for review, appeal | WRGT
Property owners will find that the value of their homes and property is different than the tentative value they received over the summer. The Department of Taxation rejected the county’s proposed residential values and required a greater increase of 15.5 percent.
Keep in mind 15.5 is an average, some more some less, mine was 25%.

Dude … I didn’t even address any of your posts when I made my comment.
But I guess you recognized your own participation here in that comment. I accept it as an admission of guilt.
If you have a question for me, ask me. Whatever you asked of someone else was directed to that person. I can’t speak for him/her.

The whole point of my argument was that nobody deflected in the thread.
The OPer made an inaccurate accusation, and was rightly called on it for the inaccuracy…and the hypocrisy.
So since your post was calling out general “deflection”, it’s wrong.
My question is in my post, You can read.

The article in your link is dated Jan 5th. Hard to blame your property tax increase on dems in DC as Trump was still POTUS, and dems still did not have a majority in the Senate.
And now, your state is getting 11 Billion.

The whole point of my comment is that libs are deflecting.
Of course you’ll deny that.

Reassessment of value. The county did it the way they usually do every two years and came up with a 7% increase, the state made them do it differently and they then came up with 25%. Since I was a realtor at one time, I checked the comps and it is not warranted.
Do you have a avenue to voice your complaint? It sounds like you might have a case to petition the state for unfair or unequal assessment rules.

I’m still waiting for the link to “Democrats punishing red states”.
