Well no, that’s the whole problem. Focusing on “communities” does nothing but foment division.
Of course it does. Every time you do so you’re sowing division because you are focusing on groups instead of the whole. That does nothing but create hard feelings between he whole and whatever “aggrieved group:” you single out.

No there isn’t. There is no division until you identify and isolate a given group from the whole.
