Last link is the Supreme Court docket for 21-887, Perez v Sturgis Public Schools.

Justice Thomas and Justice Jackson appear to be on the same side, in support of Petitioner Perez. Justice Kagan and Justice Barrett also appeared to be in support of the Petitioner. Only Justice Alito appeared to be sympathetic to Respondent Sturgis Public Schools.

Very likely the court will rule in favor of the Petitioner, which would have the effect of reviving his lawsuit and allowing it to move forward.

This case involves conflicting interpretations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
