The Democrats are causing it too with their insane spending, borrowing, and money printing into oblivion. If you don’t understand why the US losing reserve currency status will destroy our economy, you don’t understand our enemies either.
The democrats probably actually are happy about this, since they want total control of us all.
It will be a way to bring in the new CBDC, so they can restrict what you spend YOUR money on, or empty your account for being politically incorrect, or having a low ESG score, you know, like a dictatorship.
Who the hell cares what Macron says. Hell, the folks in France still think French is the world’s language.
All of the major markets still watch closely what our markets do each day. Sure China and Russia have a long standing of trying to convince other countries that the US reserve currency should not be trusted. And the other countries have done nothing but laugh at them. The US dollar still stands as the number one reserve currency in the world. And our internal spending is not going to effect that.

There is more discussion right now of replacing the dollar than I can ever remember…maybe it’ll happen…maybe not…but what is our current administration doing? Nothing.
If other countries start dropping the dollar and all the dollars they are holding start flooding the United States what will happen here…inflation being too many dollars chasing too few goods?

The Chinese are getting what they paid for and the rest of us are getting screwed. This is from Fox quoting Ted Cruz talking about Biden and France. “ “Stunning,” Cruz wrote in a tweet, sharing comments French President Emmanuel Macron made earlier in the day about China. During an interview, Macron called for France and Europe not to follow the U.S. example in defending Taiwan.
