The Department of Justice announced Thursday their plans to release the Inspector General’s scathing report on Hillary’s botched email investigation on June 14th, which happens to be the 72nd birthday of President Donald Trump.
According to the New York Post, the Justice Department has informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that the documents will be released next week, and are expected to include a blistering critique of James Comey and Loretta Lynch regarding Clinton’s misuse of a private email server.
“The report was also expected to slam Comey for insubordination for going over the head of Attorney General Loretta Lynch in July 2016 when he announced that Clinton was careless but would not be prosecuted. The president has depicted the former FBI director as a renegade who breaks protocol, nicknaming him ‘Slippery James Comey,’” writes the Post.
The President has been urging the DOJ to publicly release the report for weeks, accusing senior officials of possibly tampering with or redacting the material before it makes its way to Congressional leaders.
