Data on the people thrown in CECOT

Some data from the research:

We obtained internal data showing the Trump administration knew that at least 197 of the men had not been convicted of crimes in the U.S. — and that only six had been convicted of violent offenses. We identified fewer than a dozen additional convictions, both for crimes committed in the U.S. and abroad, that were not reflected in the government data.

Nearly half of the men, or 118, were whisked out of the country while in the middle of their immigration cases, which should have protected them from deportation. Some were only days away from a final hearing.

They then go on in detail about each individual.

An example:

After graduating from high school, Cedeño moved to Chile with his mother and brother, according to Crónica Uno, an independent Venezuelan news organization. He migrated to the U.S. in 2022 and obtained temporary protected status, which allowed him to live and work legally in the U.S. He was an UberEats delivery driver and hoped to launch a cosmetics sales business. Cedeño’s tattoos include a wolf and his grandmother’s name, but it’s unclear if they played a role in the government labeling him a member of the Tren de Aragua gang.
U.S. government data we obtained lists Cedeño as having pending criminal charges. We could not find related court or police records, and the Trump administration declined to provide information to support the claim.

Not even going to read the article. I really don’t care about one-sided LIB sob stories.

The clown show is very repetitive this season.

197 unconvicted people, purposely sent to a prison.

It’s pretty gross watching American men act cute about it, because it’s a foreign prison, as if that semantic technicality absolves them.

I’m not good at math, isn’t that like 83%?

knew that at least 197 of the men had not been convicted of crimes in the U.S.

Right on!

How are you “safer”?

On March 15, President Donald Trump’s administration sent more than 230 Venezuelan immigrants

NOPE…not even one. They were all illegal aliens, not “immigrants”. An immigrant respects their potentially new host country and goes through a legal process to get legally accepted. These individuals didn’t give a rat’s rear about our laws so now…say bye.

For a group of people who spent years decrying libs redefining words, you guys sure don’t mind doing it

There is not a single legal or dictionary definition that defines immigrant this way

No love lost.

Welcome to the time period after the Biden/Mayorkas era that created this new scenario for the dictionaries to study and I’ll bet they copy my definition. :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Best of luck.

I mean it’s not like it’s anything new. You guys have been trying to redefine what it means to be American or patriotic for close to a century now :upside_down_face:

My definition; baseball, hotdogs, apple pie and Chevrolet = a patriot :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Like the pilgrims?

Right! Exactly! Let’s violate the Constitution because of what Biden/Mayorkas did! Right!

I know a bunch of illegals who love all 4.

From the article:

They were following the law and here legally.

The Constitution dictates in article 4; the President is to protect the states from an invasion. Did he or did he motivate this? Remove them and if they haven’t committed crimes, potentially allow them to do the process…legally…as our Constitution dictates.

None of these libs gave a ■■■■ when Democrats were paroling into the country murderers, rapists, gang members, terrorists, and every other sort of criminal from all over the world into the US. And they didn’t care when thousands of Americans became victims of their crimes. :man_shrugging:
