And that’s a good point too. The article mean nothing real… Just arbitrary. Funny how the top ten countries are northern, small populations and almost lily white. I bet you could find parts of Wisconsin just as happy. Lots of Norts there too.

I think America is 50-55% private / 30-35% public and the rest is life to die on the streets.

If they die in the streets, it was a choice because they can walk into ANY emergency room in the US and be treated.
