But in your statement you only mentioned two witnesses and said one witness said one thing and the other witness said something different. That was your statement not mine. If your statement is correct than it has to be “Not Guilty”

I have no issue with that. The NYPD might, though.

Kinda like Abbot has an issue with BLM having weapons at their rallies? So only the left have a god given right to handle guns at rallies?

Who has the burden of proof, and what is the nature of that proof in a criminal trial?

This isn’t how it works. The witnesses don’t cancel each other out.
If two witnesses testify and contradict each other, the jury decides which one to believe.
The prosecution has the burden of proof - and the jury determined the prosecution met that burden.
That’s what a “guilty” verdict means.

It’s legal to openly carry a rifle in Texas. Not in Manhattan.

So your cool with me open carrying an assault rival at BLM rallies in Texas with my buddies in hundreds cuz it’s legal? It’s the wild Wild West fellas!
Sure. If you want to play dress-up, go for it.

No men trying to pretend to be women that your party supports does that enough for all of us combined!
Or, disregards witness testimony altogether, and considers other evidence.

Doesn’t matter he’s getting a pardon! BLM are scum!

I guess we could have a system where the decision of the jury is the end of the process. But we don’t.
Take for example the affidavit regarding witness tampering. Sure would like to have a recording of the interviews between the DA and the other witnesses after that. Do you suppose he recorded those?

Precisely. This is the world ya’ll have wrought. Enjoy!
But you might want to behave yourself, for the left is also going to arm up.

So you fell for that, too?
(Hint: read the date. And the words “grand jury”)
And just as a side note - the jury returning findings of fact is pretty much the end of the road in that regard, in our justice system)
Even in this guy’s fantasies he didn’t see himself getting found guilty and pardoned.
The only way to make this better is for him to have talked about two tier justice systems and Hillary’s emails.

Lol Rasmussen ran a poll that if the US was invaded that 61% of libs would flee to Canada while the opposite is said for conservatives. I fear the purple headed drag queens a lot! Just no in the way you think! You already armed up first by going after the opposing parties front runner!! All though I would not vote for him, your party casted the die first.
The funniest part of this is that Abbott might not even be able to pardon him.

All eye-witnesses were part of the BLM protest. No surprise there.

If He did under duty as a National guardsman if this is the case then Abbot can pardon him. That falls under state law.
