Which is exactly why I don’t believe that Daniel Perry received a fair trial. You cannot rely on witness testimony from any BLM protester in a case like this, and Democrat prosecutors across the country are trying to criminalize self-defense. This is just the latest example.

What if the witness testimony wasn’t believed? Can he still be found guilty of his texts?

I would imagine there is some dismay to see legal guns in the hands of BLM, protecting drag events, etc.

Do I agree with BLM? Nope. But I will never ever get frustrated with people exercising their rights whether I agree with what they have to say or how they say it (within reason of course) or not.

There is a specific law about blocking access to clinics.

What if there was an abortion clinic on the block where the BLM protest was taking place? Does that count? How about if someone in a car that was caught in the middle of the protest was trying to go to an abortion clinic, does that count? Why does the motive of the protester make a difference?
