It confuses me that they didnt go after Puerto Rico first. Personally, I don’t think it has much to offer the US and US voters as well as Puerto Rico voters should have a say,…but at least it would be a real state.
When you have that in your pocket, then go after the two Senators from DC.
If that works, then go after Guam and Virgin Islands.

No, they don’t clean themselves. The small plot of land set aside go the Federal government was not supposed to become a permanent encampment of lobbyists who demand 24/7/52 MacDonalds burgers and bar tabs. People choosing to live on that small plot of land know they are on land that doesn’t get representation in elections because it hosts the business of those elected. Those people, if they want to vote, can set up a residence outside of the zone, and vote.

Yes worth many times more than the one vote they would have if they had one. Lets for example say the influence they have to sway others is worth 10 times the value of a single vote. Thus, a Representative with a vote would have a total value of 11 whereas a Representative without a vote would have a total value of 10. The Rep with the vote has more slightly more value.

It would be helpful if you would read what I type rather than what you want to believe that I wrote.

Actually, the links I posted say they can, and in many states it is not illegal. It would of course be illegal to register or vote in two states at once.

The link you provided did not say it was legal. You can’t visit a state once, live somewhere else, and legally vote in the visited state.
