If the families cared so much for their loved ones, why was a nursing home even on the table?
Here are some common problems in such facilities:
Acquaintances working in such facilities mention health problems from common urinary tract infections to wounds & gangrene from diabetes.
The now ex governor messed up royally in forcing admittance of COVID 19 patients to these facilities. But anyone who believes many of these patients would still be living & in good health had COVID 19 not claimed them is a bit naive.
As for family members suing, I wonder how many of them even stopped by for coffee or a game of cards with mom or dad before they passed. I’ve no doubt they’ll cry some crocodile tears for the attorneys, though.

There is much in the world that’s outside of my view. Without investing the time regarding what you speak of and for each case, I can not just judge but in the case of Cuomo’s decision, on day one…it was blatantly wrong and so negligent, I considered it criminal…and still do.
I go through life helping as much as I can, preparing for the worst and hoping for the best…naivity and all…that’s me. 
I really just don’t feel one bit sorry for him.

I am surprised they suspended him, he was there number one watched show at a time when their ratings are in the toilet. I assume they think something legally is about to happen to him for them to do this.
