âJust over 2.5 million people voted under the lawâs expansion of mail-in voting in 2020â˛s presidential election, most of them Democrats, out of 6.9 million total cast.â
Democrats knew their voting scheme for the lazy would favor democrats. this is how they âwonâ PA

âThe two Democrats on the panel dissented. The state Supreme Court â where an appeal was expected shortly â has a 5-2 Democratic majority.â
and this is how the rules were changed right before election day to allow late as hell mail votes, screw signatures etc
win by any means necessary

none of this will matter. it will be appealed
democrat snakes already knew the plan long before this even happened
itâs also why people are losing faith in the election system. which is another nice byproduct for the democrats

It is how D strong arm wishy washy family to vote as they see fit.
The PA supreme court will not let this stand. The PA State Supreme court is the entity most responsible for undermining personal liberty and the election process and there is nothing that can be done about it.
Even with a R governor they will over rule any election revisions.

the democrats in the PA supreme court dont care about any âconstitutionâ any more than the US supreme court does. they are the majority
theyâll do all they can to make it easy for inner city Phila to steer the elections and to scheme ballots if they dont

They were emboldened when they redrew the Congressional map the last timeâŚnow it looks like they have usurped that task from the state legislature.
They have taken it upon themselves to unleash mail in ballot fraud.

You are correct. They will follow their decision in Kelly and issue a precedential opinion ending all of this partisan bickering and upholding mail-in voting. No question. I know this Court and have been before them several times.

Wasnât this the basis for the Texas case to the SCOTUS that they rejected to hear?
They canât be impeached?

Why have a written constitution approved by the people if those who it is designed to limit and control are free to make it mean whatever they wish it to mean?

The PA Legislature should just make the 2nd Tuesday in November an officially recognized religious holiday. They donât have to make it a day off work, just officially recognized.
Then anyone can request a mail-in ballot by citing the holiday.
Easy, peasy.

i got an even easier idea
no blanket mail in voting
doneâŚand done

PA didnât have âblanketâ mail-in voting. A ballot had to be requested.
You may have confused that with Utah, a red state that has had 100% mail-in voting for years.
WW
âblanketâ vs âabsenteeâ.
sorry
no mail votes. except absentee

I caught the change, say you type absentee and change it to blanket.
Doesnât change the fact that there are red and blue states that have doing all ballots cast by mail-in ballot for years and conducted safe and secure elections.
Itâs interesting that mail-in voting wasnât a problem before, but since Trump** lost suddenly itâs a bad thing.
Makes one wonder, is the issue mail in voting or if the issue is Trump** lost.

You posted it. Sure itâs fair game. I had the board open on my 2nd monitor and saw the screen change before and after.
No big deal, if you will check my response addressed âblanketâ and not âabsenteeâ until you then mentioned it. I honored your edit.
