Court agrees with MSNBC: Rachel Maddow is obviously fake news

Ouch. Take it easy on the OP man. That’s a little harsh.

When you realize I put my post in Sarcafont ™, you might get what I was driving at…

I honestly haven’t watched Maddow’s show in years. But I think about 3 million people do.

Yeah she came in at the bottom. Sucks to be her. Meanwhile hannity was at the top.

Whatever helps you feel victorious, man. 2.6 million is a lot more than “one”. My wife and I are probably more politically in the MSNBC demo I guess, but we don’t watch any cable news in the evenings. I’d rather talk walks and read books on the porch than take part in all the outrage porn.

I think her low viewership directly correlates to lib ideas not resonating well with american people. Maybe msnbc is out of touch with america?

2.6 million for Maddow, 3 million for Hannity. Hardly “not resonating”. Her demo is going to skew younger anyway. I agree with her on most things, I’m just not the kind of person that wants to sit for an hour and have things I agree with regurgibleeted at me.

PS - your link is a year old. MSNBC viewership has raised 25% and CNN has raised 190% in primetime since then.

It’s resonating with someone.

Besides ratings and ideology, what’s the difference between Maddow and The One Who Shall Not Be Named? Both are operatives who are experts in political hackery…IJS

For democrats to say they have a majority of voters why is msnbc a minority in ratings?

I’ve explained it to you multiple times. Old people are more likely to sit home and watch outrage porn at night. I’m a hardcore “lib” and I don’t watch cable news at all.

If conservatives eat more hamburgers than hot dogs, and overall more hamburgers than hot dogs are eaten, that does not mean there are more conservatives.

Not sure if you noticed the popular vote in 2016? A lot more democrats voted.

You just spouted what I was saying if the democrats have such huge popular vote, why the constant low ratings?
Probably there are same similarities why we see more libs flooding the hannity boards.

If less democratic voters watch cable news in general then the networks that cater to them will have lower ratings. It’s fairly easy math to follow if you want to try.

What would be the logic for a liberal to watch fox news?

You say this on the Hannity forums where you know some liberals post.

Precisely. If msnbc was doing so well, then it wouldnt be consistently behind. I have always been amazed at libs spouting their ideas but doesnt seem to very popular among their groups. They much rather come here or watch foxnews.
Maybe they know they have a poison pill to Americana. They come to a well where most gather to use it.

What’s the logic for you to ask that question given the extremely basic math I’ve been attempting to explain to you for several posts now which has literally nothing to do with liberals watching fox news?

Let’s go down your little rabbit hole and see how the logic leads. You say by simple math a younger generation isnt glued to the tv and stations like msnbc. Being younger meaning more liberal.
So why even have msnbc?

I’m not saying that. I’m saying that more people watching Fox news at night does not have any bearing on whether or not there are more liberals or conservatives in existence. You are drawing conclusions from a faulty premise. Perhaps less liberals watch cable news. Perhaps Hannity is more entertaining and draws more viewership from both sides. I do not know either of those statements to be true, they are simply examples of why X does not equal Y.

Also if 4 million people are watching Hannity, and 3 million people are watching Maddow, that doesn’t mean that Maddow isn’t making advertising money for her network. 3 million eyeballs is still a lot.

This isn’t a rabbit hole, it’s a paw print.
