Nearly 24 percent of the National Popular vote for President took place in just 37 of the 3152 counties. The 37 counties have a combined square mile area of just 2.26% of the United States.
Hillary Clinton had 30.54% of her total vote in the 37 counties and won 34 of the 37.
In the rest of the country, 3115 counties, Trump beat Hillary Clinton by 6,754,390 votes, a 6.45% margin, while earning only 50.12% of the vote.
Trump had 83.35% of his total vote in the 3115 counties, winning 2646 of the 3115.
