The phrase about a person’s death is a common one.
So the person would have to admit they were using it in a fashion to impersonate them. If not, it would be (and probably will be) removed to eliminate confusion.
The user name – well AB has been gone a long time, his name isn’t protected from use by someone else who comes along.
