Isn’t that his and your position on this subject?

After decades of voting and pushing fire at will legislation Republican are now ā€œworriedā€ about workers rights.

don’t it, no one is forcing you.
but your employer might fire you for someone who did.

call your local union rep.

oh wait

I’d call that force… Seems the left loves it.

its perfectly legal thanks to decades of removing workers rights by the Republican party.
make sure to remember to donate to your local GOP!

It’s more interesting that suddenly you believe the workers are being put upon by the Job Creators, when they should be grateful the Job Creators created a job for them.

A natural consequence of the conservative trend of stripping away worker protections.

They don’t like it? They can use their skills and get another job.

You’re not showing a lot of gratitude towards the Job Creators here, you know…

Why be afraid of waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe, being intubated, and then dying in a quarantined hospital room? Nothing to worry about for freedom-loving Americans. :us:

Can only speak for me. And I say: I don’t know. On the one hand employers ask things of employees all the time: dress code, speech prohibitions, sexual harassment training, etc. In addition, the employer is required to maintain a safe work environment.

BUT on the other hand, a vaccination is an entirely different thing. A thing so different that the states feel compelled to carve out and honor exemptions.

Nevertheless, the mantra from our friends on the right has always been ā€œif you don’t like it, quitā€.

So I honestly don’t know what the right answer is.

I mean someone is going to sue over it, might as well have clear legal protection in place.

Haha!

You’re hysterical.

Says you. I of course say differently

States have rights to write their own laws, incorporated or not.
