My question is, if people are supposed to stay inside and disobey that order, what will happen to them?
I’m sure they won’t get arrested, will they get fined?
And what if there are no cops around to see them. Will their neighbors turn them in?
CA has said they aren’t going to enforce it at all. I think here in SF you can get a fine… but they are more likely to give you a warning.
