And amazingly for 70+ years they have handled every other emergency global outbreak with professionalism, efficiency, TRANSPARENCY and competency. It has only been under the leadership of a man appointed by Donald Trump, that this decades long track record of performance has come to a screeching halt during a global outbreak. Now, what has changed in the last few years, versus the prior 70?
