Secretary of State is Mike Pompeo. That would be the first scalp. He runs the State Department and all decisions of this magnitude would run through him. The executive is huge so I am sure there are many decisions that get made about which Trump is not informed.

HOWEVER…coronavirus is a big deal right now, so anything that happens there within the executive branch that appears to run counter to helping fight the spread of it in the US should be immediately reversed by those at the top.

In this case, yes…acting a little more “king-like” is probably wise.

This is extremely dangerous. Why wouldn’t we want people everywhere in our country to be aware of the ways to lessen transmission and to stay safe? Ironically, this is in immigration courthouses. So when illegal immigrants get sick, we will have to pay for their costly health care…brilliant.

The Executive Office of Immigraton Review (who even knew such an office existed?) ordered that immigration courts remove posters regarding the virus and shortly thereafter reversed the order.
