My guess…and it’s just my guess so take it for what it’s worth. Between using H1N1 as gauge and information from China was what most people were basing their assessment on.

Of Trump or NY? I have not made a claim for NY yet. Although given some of the recent pictures I’ve seen, seems like people are not adhering to social distancing.
