The arrest report and the search warrant contradict each other because her story has changed multiple times. I hate having to do other people’s work for them. Do us a favor and try to keep up.

Did you bother reading it? The warrant was issued before Guyger was interviewed and the supposed witnesses gave contradictory accounts of what they heard and saw.

No. We’re merely asking that someone who goes into someone else’s house and kills them gets properly investigated and detained, even if they are a cop. It’s weird how so many have tried to minimize a dead person.

She was immediately detained at the scene and the investigation began as soon as the police arrived.

Probably had a knock-off Gucci belt also. There’s only one reason the marijuana info was released and it was to sway public opinion and possibly taint the jury pool. You’d have to be a complete dumbass not to know the real reason that info was made public.

It was made public because it’s a matter of public record and they cannot legally suppress it.

I have a buddy that had just moved into his new place and forgot he scheduled the cable man to come out for installation one particular day. He took a brief trip home during work, thought the cable man was attempting to break in, and shot him on the spot.

The cops let him off though, initially. The supervisor on the crime scene had a buddy who went through a similar situation and understood how crazy it can be. Those damn crazy moments.

Finally they had to charge him, but it never went to trial. Luckily enough, a juror had a buddy who assaulted his mailman after retaliated on his dog attacking him. The castle doctrine saved his ass.

The judge had a buddy who’s buddies with my buddy of the initial crime and let’s just say, he understood.

You’re making things up. If you shoot someone for hurting your dog you’re at a minimum going to face charges of attempted murder.

Castle doctrine does not apply to animals and only applies when you have a lawful use of deadly force to begin with.

The other hole in your story is the juror. If the case had never gone to trial there never would have been a jury selected.
