If it’s anything like my neighborhood, anyone who puts up a Biden sign/flag is at risk of having rocks thrown thru their windows.

It is telling that the only two worse popular vote performers were John Quincy Adams and the corrupt bargain election of 1824 and the Rutherford Hayes election of 1876, which frankly goes down as the one Presidential election that can be considered to have been outright stolen.

In the modern era, the biggest popular vote landslide belongs to Warren Harding in 1920, who had a popular vote margin of 26.17%. Lyndon Johnson won the biggest percentage of the popular vote, 61.05% in 1964.

The last true popular vote landslide was Ronald Reagan in 1984, with an 18.64% margin and 58.7% of the popular vote.

There will be no popular vote landslide in this election.

Electoral Vote landslides are not really telling, because, as Trump himself showed us, they can be run up while losing the popular vote nationwide.

Image is from Dave Leip’s Atlas, 2016 results. For some reason, he reverses the traditional blue and red, so red is Democrats and blue is Republicans.

Those red counties turning deeper red is likely what will flip the State, if it indeed flips.

Yes, of course it’s very possible that Trump will win, and based on the polls it wouldn’t be that shocking an outcome - just like 2016.

Nobody who has an understanding of polling or statistics is saying that this election is a certainty.
