Contryside vs Cities

NOT REALLY NO,… BECAUSE BIG MONEY NEEDS TO BE INVESTED OVER AND OVER AGAIN, TRY AND TRY AGAIN,… I DONT BELIEVE IN THE GOVERNMENT TAKING IT WHEN SUCCESSFUL INVESTMENTS ARE MADE THAT RIGS THE GAME, AND DEFEATS AMERICA WE MUST HAVE AN AMERICA THAT DOES NOT NEED TO DO THAT
THAT’S WHAT I WAS GETTING AT IN SO MANY OF MY POSTS THE PAST 8 DAYS.
read my post on reversing communism
the democrats want to make things so bad, so terrible , in so many ways, we will have no choice but to be full blown communist country one day.
i beleive we cannot and must not let that happen.
that we must always push back
always make gains in the other direction
and the direction of freedom

Ok, thanks for clearing that up.

How about abortion? Are you pro-choice or pro-life?

“Why is Baltimore a dangerous messed up place and Monmouth County a nice place to live?”
For the same reason a dramatic increase in crime and rapes of children and young women by illegal criminals who should have been deported years ago in the “sanctuary” Montgomery county MD.
Democrats and liberal-socialists are cement heads that defecate on the people that foolishly continue to vote for them.

Rural folks are usually more level headed common sense folks. Salt of the earth types.

That know the value of hard work and faith in God.

Edit to correct values to reflect true total.

GDP of Monmouth County, NJ: $29,829,386,000

GDP of Baltimore City, MD: $41,412,489,000

the other way, when you fail you lose, and when you win you lose,… that way isnt right
AS FAR AS ABORTION GOES,…
ROE V WADE IS SETTLED LAW,.
but i believe it must be limited to a high extent, not promated, and certainly not encouraged by the govcernment in any way,…
I believe the public school system is deeply involved, either way
sex education, health class
the talks the police come in and give before prom, etc…

I have suggeted in the past an entire year mandatory to graduate on life, getting all your documents, how to fill out job applications, dealing with everything, household budgets, shopping, carrer choices,…
the entire shebang,…
usually the parents can teach this,.
but appearantly we can’t rely on the parents,…
AND I THINK DONE PROPERLY THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM CAN BE WORKING TO ENSURE WHEN A KID LEAVES WITH THE DIPLOMA THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED

I TOOK DECA IN HIGHSCHOOL,…
GOT OUT HALF A DAY IN 12TH GRADE, 1138 AM, AS LONG AS I WORKED 15 HOURS A WEEK AT LEAST.
THE HUIGHSCHOOL DECA PROGRAM GOT ME THE JOB AT PATJHMARK SUPERMARKET IN MARCH OF 1983 IN 11TH GRADE,
WORKED ALL THE WAY TIL I WENT TO COLLEGE, THEN CALLED STOCKTON STATE
I HAD TO CONVINCE THE ADMISSIONS PERSON WORK EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD THING

I dont know what you mean by losing your rights? But it’s also places of opportunity, make more money, better education. Same reason all corporate headquarters are based in these urban cesspools. What would the us be without these terrible cities?

Got any examples?

How quaint. lol

That’s what I figured. Got nothing

WELL, WHILE Monmouth county does has some rural areas, its basically a suburban area,… neighborhoods, townships,… along with shore towns on the ocean,…
and areas of higher density populations,…
we have open space, parks, and some small farms, and woods, and stuff,…
golf courses,…
i would not call it a rural county
after all it does have over 600,000 people in it,…
one of 292 counties that cast over 100,000 votes in 2016 for president, out of 3152 counties, independent cities, alaska voting districts

Cost of living.

I have all the “freedoms”, and I live in a “lib ■■■■■■■■■■

Have fun carrying those ignorant stereotypes around.

Cost of living is a lot higher in Monmouth County than it is in Baltimore.

Pretty defensive aren’t we? I didnt even mention any kind of stereotype. I just explained why people prefer urban areas. Glad you have everything ya need. Most people settle places to be around family. That’s what keeps me where I am at.

Per capita?

Are you counting home ownership?

The biggest conflict isn’t really class or race. It’s rural versus urban.

The two groups have entirely different outlooks on life and by extension culture and politics.

There are pros and cons to both lifestyles. A rural lifestyle brings a slower paced lifestyle that focuses on individual interactions and is often less stressful. There’s a sense of freedom in the country that you don’t get in the city. Growing up if I wanted to go out for a shooting session I simply walked out the back door and set up some targets. I could fire off fireworks to my hearts content all year long. There are far fewer laws that actually enforced since most laws deal with interpersonal relationships between people.

On the flip side, there are fewer economic opportunities and there are certain modern conveniences that are poorly supported in rural America. Broadband internet is a good example. You also have to own a car, which is a major expense. If you don’t like driving long distances to places, like your job, rural living isn’t for you. In my previous place of work I drove 80 miles per day round trip.

The urban lifestyle is fast paced, focused more on building interpersonal networks of individuals. There’s more economic opportunity and many modern conveniences are easily available and often more affordable.

The catch is that you live in a higher stress environment and there’s more restrictions on what you can and can’t do.
