AGAIN, in good faith, I will say, I don’t remember every post. Maybe I supported a federal vaccine mandate? I don’t think I did. I don’t now. I think it gets struck down, which just furthers the divisiveness about this issue.

I totally support company mandates. And requirements.

But I just don’t think a federal mandate on businesses is the right path.

Again, my current position is, I don’t think Bidens EO will stand up in court and I think it is counterproductive. I don’t remember ever supporting it here, but hey, maybe I forgot a post or three.

I may have voiced support of federal vaccine mandates in the past…I don’t think I did though. But I post a lot, so it might be out there!

My current position is, Biden’s mandate will get stalled in the courts and create more division, so I don’t think it’s a good idea.

I also think 100 employees is pretty arbitrary.

I don’t think so. For example, OSHA record keeping requirements apply to businesses of more than 10 employees.

OSHA VPP classifies a small business as no more than 250 at a site and 500 nation-wide.

100 is highly likely based on ability to pay the fine or is completely arbitrary.

If they have used 100 before for anything, I’d like to see it.
