“Fair” is a subjective standard. That’s why I say leave it up to each individual league/city/school etc.

So, DEM run institutions are the ones who get to trample on a woman’s rights? Make no mistake, a woman’s rights are being trampled. You are simply attempting to justify which DEM run institution gets to do it.

They aren’t women. That’s for sure. And we shouldn’t fool ourselves into thinking they are.

But at the same time, they should be treated the same as any other citizen.

Here’s the problem, in my opinion.

Forgive me for quoting Mr Spock but the needs of the many here really do outweigh the needs of the one.

Women choose to compete….to take advantage of the opportunities title 9 gave them.

They should be the priority as to who succeeds in women’s sports.

If some guy chooses to alter his body, that’s his choice. But why is everyone else then supposed to give up his or her opportunities just because of that one person’s life choice?

Why should Riley Gaines and all those women swimmers have just been expected, forced really, to put up with a fully intact man named Will Thomas now choosing to call himself Leah not just competing with them but actually getting dressed and undressed and sharing a locker room with them.

That is wrong. Period.

That was his choice to try to change who he is…but they had no choice but to abide by it. What happened to their freedom of choice?

If trans athletes want to compete ok…they should compete as men if they were born male or they should get creative and create opportunities with other trans athletes. It is not incumbent on the rest of us to just give in to a few people changing these events for everyone else.

It is wrong that the overwhelming majority of us are seeing this small number get the kind if preferential treatment they are getting just because of a unique choice they have made.

You don’t know that the other pitcher sat on the bench. They usually play multiple positions. She very well could be a star outfielder as well.

You really are grasping. If I’m a girl pitcher, I want to pitch. Not sit on the bench or play second base while a boy is allowed to pitch in my place.

No matter how much you try to spin this, boys being allowed to play on a girls’ team is just plain sick.

It’s plain Evil is what it is.

I coach a girl’s team and I know this. No girl puts in hours of work 365 days a year just to sit on the bench while some mentally ill male competes in her place.

No they want to do infringe their life on ours! The minority is getting more rights than the majority. Men don’t have the right to box women in the Olympics you sick puppy.

I think it would serve the trans community better just to avoid the issue altogether.

In this case, the “trans community” is a 16/17 year old girl who just wants to play softball.

Here is my problem with it. This is now 2025, the issue has been beat to death. It is on every Conservative forum and Media outlet almost 24/7.

What drives a transgendered person to seek competing against their perceived sex vs. biologic sex in 2025, when they should know damned well this is going to inspire nothing but hatred and divisiveness?

You would think they would want to live a peaceful and non-confrontational life due to their circumstances.

So why compete? Why not just live an active lifestyle? Go to the gym, jog, have fun with friends? Why compete and incite all of this animosity? It DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.

Meet Sara Forsberg. A YouTuber who recently told a troubling story. She was born with female genitalia and raised as a girl. And she was all girl. But she was flat chested and never got her period. At 16 she finally went to the doctor because she was tired of stuffing a bra to fake breasts and carrying tampons to prove she had her period.

Turns out, Ultrasound showed she had no ovaries nor uterus. Her vagina was a simple pouch leading to nothing. And she had two undescended and cancerous testicles in her abdomen. Her genetic testing came back XY.

She still lives as a girl, she takes estrogen to get some breast development and tries to live a life knowing she will never have kids, which she would love to do. Intersex births account for roughly 1-2 percent of our population, which means millions of Americans are intersex. That is a scientific fact, they deserve every ounce of respect and compassion one can afford them.
