I would be very surprised that there wasn’t a plea deal on the table since 99% of the time these charges are pleaded down in NY state.

I’ve been trying to find any instance whatsoever of Bragg bringing charges against a democrat. I haven’t found anything. Nada.

I don’t understand this very strange self imposed dilemma that is being put forth.

For Bragg to have jurisdiction to prosecute, the crime would have to occur in Manhattan.

So… are there any “Democrats” in Manhattan that are breaking the law?

None that we’ll ever know about. Since they won’t be prosecuted.

If one sees that a “Democrat” is criming and Bragg doesn’t bring charges… then yes you will win a bet.

But when one is claiming that we will never know because it will all be hidden… then that is just plain silly.

Judge Nichols said that Mr. Bannon would have to start serving his sentence in less than four weeks unless the full appeals court takes the case and issues its own ruling to pause the sentence from being enforced."
