I don’t understand this very strange self imposed dilemma that is being put forth.

For Bragg to have jurisdiction to prosecute, the crime would have to occur in Manhattan.

So… are there any “Democrats” in Manhattan that are breaking the law?

At this point, Trump trying to delay the other trials is an asset to Democrats. He’s already been convicted on every count once, the air of invulnerability is broken, and now the argument is, you really gonna vote for a dude who may go to prison-not jail, prison-months into his term?
