Oh, I thought you did explain why. Personally, if someone pays me to do a job I give them 100% effort since I am expecting at least 100% of my pay.
Same, I don’t make decision at work not my pay grade.
they send 5 people to do a welding job.
but only two people can be inside the unit at a time, one person watches the camera feed, what are the other two people going to do nothing they get paid to sit there.
the working hard to not work is mostly the debate among the crew over who does what job.
There is one guy at work who get out of doing jobs because he is technically to “fat” for the safety harness.
My experience is it’s about the same…
