I’m sorry but the test for most prosecutors is INTENT, absent actual destruction or altering of evidence, as Clinton did with her emails.
That is why Comey kept saying Clinton was not guilty of the espionage Act. She never intended to give anyone secrets, so he said. She was simlpy grossly sloppy with the secrets she was charged to protect.
Unfortunately for her, the law she broke also lists being sloppy as reason to convict, so she may yet be charged and she CLEARLY destroyed evidence and destroying evidence shows INTENT to hide pertient facts and evidence - obstruction. So, she is guilty of the crime and of obstruction to hide the crime.
In the case of obstruction INTENT means a great deal. You cannot deliberately obstruct an investigation that you KNOW will come out in your favor, as you are innocent.
That is why BOTH William Barr and Rod Rosenstein said “No” on any obstruction charge. You can try to claim Barr is biased but you cannot claim Rosenstein is - not without looking foolish.

I don’t have to read the 400 page report. Mueller clearly stated there was no collusion and he punted on the obstruction because he couldn’t prove intent.
Nothing else matters, except to the highly partisan Trump haters who are still trying to undo 2016.

Actually those were some of the few pages I did read.
I was simply too lazy to go back and find the requested info. My preference is always to put the burden back on the one making a request to backup their own claim rather than me having to do their bidding.
Its a trick I learned a long time ago in management school.

Actually, if Trump were to have successfully fired Mueller, that would have been well within his purview. It would have looked really bad, but would have been perfectly legal.

Its apparent from the report trump was associated with and to some degree his staff was working with the Russians. Any American who is OK with that is no American in my book!
