Comey 'Deviated' From Procedure in Clinton Probe, But Was Not Politically Biased, IG Says

Even USA today see’s through the IG report:

The hunt for bias was central to the IG’s inquiry. The word appears 120 times in the document. But though they refused to admit it, the IG team found bias wherever they looked.

Weird huh?

Meh. That’s an opinion piece and flagged as such. It’s not even the editorial board, let alone news analysis.

what bothers me most , is if a special counsel doesnt like a judges attitude towards them, they can cherry pick one they like to sign an order that they find favorable. Mueller bypassed Judge TS Ellis, and got Amy Bergman to sign the manafort jail paperwork. When in doubt go around the judge who is holding the trial and get one that favors you.

That is not USA Today saying that. It is an opinion piece that states in the by-line…

By James S. Robbins, Opinion columnist

dont knock the guy for trying.

She is the Judge assigned to the Manafort case being tried in DC.

You do know he is being tried in VA and DC, no?

She granted him bail and ordered him under house arrest.

She has now revoked the that.

“In October 2017, Jackson was assigned to preside over the criminal case that Special Counsel Robert Mueller brought against Paul Manafort and Rick Gates as part of his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States presidential election. She accepted their “not guilty” pleas, granted bail, confiscated their passports, and ordered them to be held under house arrest. She also warned defense lawyers not to discuss the case outside of court.[15] On February 23, 2018, Gates pleaded guilty to one count of false statements and one count of conspiracy against the United States.[16] The plea bargain included an agreement to cooperate with the Mueller investigation.[17]”

You know there’s two cases in two jurisdictions against Manafort?

You are extremely poorly informed.

How many judges does Manafort have to have?

So Mueller goes to the one who favors him. Easy slam dunk.

An Obama appointed judge, who would have guessed.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson is the Judge presiding over one of the trials of Manafort. The one where the indictment was issued that included the charges of witness tampering and obstruction of justice. She is the only judge who could rule on this. You do realize there are two separate trials for Manafort going on here, right?

I do now! Thanks for the information. Still doesnt help Berman Jackson is a huge liberal. Anything Mueller wants he will get, without question from her.

Uh, that’s an opinion piece by…checks the author…James S Robbins, who happens to be very pro-Trump.

His Twitter feed is littered with bull ■■■■ pieces that take the opposite side of reality in order to protect Trump.

SAD!

Any news nowadays is becoming nothing but Opinion pieces. Same story different slant.

Why did she grant bail in the first place, when the prosecutors asked for no bail because they believed he was a flight risk?

I get it, you’re embarrassed because you are woefully misinformed. It’s okay - learn from it.

I don’t know that she is a huge liberal. What makes you say that? Are you suggesting that this Judge is not capable of being an impartial officiator of these proceedings?

Additionally, Mueller and company have Manafort dead to rights. These crimes he has been charged with are document heavy crimes. Meaning there is a defined and specific paper-trail with all of it. It is not like trying to prove intent, or something that is more abstract. They are yes-no crimes. Did you lie on your financial disclosures? Yes or no. Did you pay taxes on this income? Yes or no.

She was appointed twice by Obama. It is what it is at this point. She is the only judge to give a favorable ruling for Mueller so far. Seems the TS Ellis Court and Sullivan court are at a stand still .

House is on fire…libs say prove it.

She was appointed twice by obama. She isnt exactly a republican fan gal!
