I now live in Colorado and wouldn’t touch Trump with a 10-foot pole, as I have stated on multiple occasions. From that perspective, it makes no difference to me whether he is on the ballot or not.

I think it’s very likely that the Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado decision, but I think the more interesting question is how they will do so.

I don’t think they’ll overturn the Colorado court’s findings of fact - that’s pretty high bar, legally, as the Court gives quite a lot of deference to factual findings from trial courts. But it’s going to be interesting to see how the overturn the decision otherwise.

Either the Supreme Court does not overturn the ruling and Trump is off the ballot and I think that is a negative for the Trump narrative no matter the spin some put on it.

The Supreme Court overturns the ruling and I think that makes it more difficult for the Supreme Court to also rule on other matters - say Trumps immunity claim - in favor of Trump.

I still believe in the judicial system (even the SC with a 6-3 conservative majority) and trust the courts to make decisions based on law, but I can still see something like that having an impact on their posture.
