Maybe not but we don’t brag about doing research and anybody that posts on here who don’t are intellectually lazy, then post lib talking points.

You are not wrong. I am guilty of it too

Maybe guilty of talking points (we all are) but I don’t recall you belittling people claiming you are smarter and know more. Having a certain expertise is different.

Respectfully and i really really mean that, have you ever addressed those who never served in the armed forces as lacking expertise to discuss the armed forces.
Again i am not trying to be rude just pointing out a possible parallel

They don’t own that intellectual property, or won’t after it runs out in a year or two. They have zero claim to it. If an extension is given, they have gotten valuable property from Congress and done nothing to earn it other than, perhaps, pay off some congressmen.
Unjust enrich,ent.

I think you misunderstood what I meant. Having an expertise and saying you know more is one thing. Not having that expertise but saying I know more because I said so is just being a pompas ass (like I said not you) but to answer the question yes but on things like inner workings that you wouldn’t know if you have never been exposed to it. Not the grand scheme of politics through military ect.
Def misunderstood. Thank you.

Mickey was created in the late 1920s. Copyright laws were to be established, the constitution says, to promote the “useful arts” by securing “for limited times” to authors and inventors the exclusive rights to their works. Obviously the limited times granted by the copyright laws then in existence were sufficient to achieve the purpose for which they were intended. The corporation which now holds those rights has no basis for expecting any further exclusive rights…other than to the extent they are purchased from Congress. They have been motivated to create nothing by this windfall.
Unjust enrichment.
And at the expense of the American people through increased prices.
Desantis…“You’re going to marshal your economic might to attack the parents of my state,” he said. “We view that as a provocation, and we’re going to fight back against that.”

The reversion is not set to take place until June of next year. It will be rescinded before it gets implemented. This is just a performance piece by DeSantis.

DougBH:
Whose other action is it? The state gave those privileges and the state is taking them away.
The only issue I see is that this is not happening because all of a sudden it was realized by the governor and legislature that these type of privileges should never have been given and are inherently wrong. They have made it clear that if you speak out against public issues in opposition to the dominant party, there will be a price to pay.
ACTUAL government censorship.

Fighting back when oppressed is a liberal tenet.
Who’s oppressed? Karen’s?
