Sure…go ahead.
True. Even one special exemption opens the door for a flood of exemption requests. The litigation will never end.
“His refusal and dislike of gays” is false. They can walk in his store and buy anything they like. Only refusal is for custom made wedding cakes.
He’ll also refuse to bake a Halloween cake or a KKK one.
I’m certain you already know this, but I’ll keep pointing out the lies.
I haven’t heard of anyone suing him for refusing to bake a Halloween cake.
It’s only the LGBTQ who are out to get him.
The Church of Secular Puritans has more tentacles than 100 octupi. Let the stoning begin!
Maybe its just me but cake seems to be such a silly thing to argue over.
Yeah! That guy needs to just submit!
But you are arguing about a cake.
BTW the government makes people do things all the time they don’t want to do.
Yeah! He keeps it up we’ll be arguing about stones!
Guvnah: Joanne:Ok I will stand corrected on that. Thought he told them they could have a premade cake.
Doesn’t change the point you were making. In fact, that gay couple could have bought anything off the shelf – including a pre-made cake. (And, in fact, previously had bought stuff from the bakery.)
And it doesn’t change the fact - in the previous case - that Colorado law required full and equal access to all goods and services normally offered and since Mr. Phillips offered wedding case in the normal course of his business.
So the whole, “well he would sell a subset of goods and services but not provide full and equal access to goods and services” is a spurious claim of validity.

- 5 for “spurious”
I bet you look good in women’s clothes
Stunning. You don’t?
Not really…ebbs and flows of life…we will die and things will change…the idea someone like this sack of ■■■■ thinks his refusal and dislike of gays really matters in the big scheme is really just sad…
There we go. Preach it brother plasma! Amen!
Sure…go ahead.
You going to chunk the first one?
As watcher pointed out…that’s not true. He refused to sell a wedding cake
.a plain old wedding cake…
Even with the facts you still just dont get it…
Serious or sarcasm?
Nope…camt find my size
You’ve attempted to make a freedom of speech issue because you can hide behind it.
Uh…who cares about your thoughts…I dont
My only thoughts came directly from the SCOTUS decision.
Go sue a cake maker.
PA laws, in general as applied to private business enties, should be repealed and rights of property and association restored to ALL business owners. Not just those that claim religion as the reason for discrimination. PA laws should only apply to government entities and their limit their ability to enter into commercial transactions and contracts with businesses that have a discriminatory model. JMHO)

No! The baker is not a decent person! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
(((slaps forehead)))) You’re right. I shall walk the cobblestone streets barefoot to show my penance.
Libs playing their victim card once again to force others into compliance.
I hope they win. Then watch when the shoe is on the other foot and withness the wailing and gnashing of teeth.
They make me sick. Its absolute hatred towards christianity. Bet they wouldn’t do this to a Muslim Baker, whose religion would also prevent him/her from baking the cake.
I don’t think it is hatred towards Christianity. I think it is a terrible insecurity that causes them to force others to have to accept them. If they can’t win in the private lives, they will win in a public forum.
It is the “flavor of the day” cause. Unfortunately, they are doing more damage to their cause then if they would just have tolerance and respect for other’s beliefs. I will guarantee there are a lot of gay and transgenders who are not on board with this.
