CNN’s senior White House correspondent unloaded on White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders after a contentious White House press conference this week; claiming his treatment was “un-American.”

Jim Acosta was speaking with another CNN journalist after President Trump referred to the press as the “enemies” of the American people, saying “he was getting tired” of the administration’s attacks on the mainstream media.

"Honestly Brooke, I’m tired of this … It is not right, it is not fair, it is not just, it is un-American to come out here and call the press the enemy of the people,” said Acosta.
