The world wouldn’t have known if CNN hadn’t told it.

CNN is the enemy of the American people.

If anyone is lurking out there and finding themselves the least bit confused, just remember this: NEVER leave any weapon FULLY LOADED.

As you have seen here, it is a newsworthy mistake.

You have just read the opinion of an expert in firearms.

No it’s not. That’s ridiculous.

Should CNN have reported this?

They are constantly being mean to the President of the United States. That is just not acceptable. We need to be fully loaded and ready to go after rogue media organizations.

A mistake like this? How could they not? But I see what you mean. It hurts America’s image. But they’ve got to report the truth. Maybe Fox played ball and swept it under the rug.

I’ve instructed three former presidents on how to handle firearms. Each one knew me by name. They’d send me birthday gifts in the mail, which I would always throw away.

My first instruction was always the same: “Never keep it FULLY LOADED. And now that you know the most basic lesson in firearms, go fetch me some tea.” And when they’d laugh at my order, I’d scream at them, “Fetch me some ■■■■■■■ tea!” and they’d go running.

haha… nice

I make it a habit to never drive FULLY LOADED. Driving FULLY LOADED can lead to disaster. It can also be hazardous to your health.

Yes I did … to point out your error. But it is you who pretended that you had not erred and perpetuated this nonsense. And if you want it to end, the power to do so is in your hands.

One time I was FULLY LOADED, my gf at the time was worried, so we went with plan B. Crisis averted.

You got one up on the expert there.

There was no error to point out. Just a partisan nitpick. Not need to be coy about it-just call it what it was.

There was no error. I only responded to OP after OP brought it up to me.

And you’re still going on.

Right. An M4 doesn’t even make a good club … or door stop, or paperweight … when it’s not loaded. Pointing out that his gun loaded is like pointing out there is gas in the tank of the vehicle he came in.

Nope, you erred. Vaard brought Chicago into the thread, not Sneaky.

And as long as you persist in trying to rationalize your position, I will respond. It’s the polite thing to do.

CNN is indeed stupid

i kinda knew this even in the 80’s as a naive teen (a young teen, ahem) when i could see how they reported on Reagan which was perpetually negative no matter what. it got on my nerves because it was so obvious, and i knew or cared little about politics at the time

when the ollie north thing went down i swear they had to wipe down the walls at their studios. and they made the quadaffi deal seem like we were starting ww3. thats when i started to realize they were stupid.

it taught me to be skeptical of idiot lefty TV news and probably helped pushed me away from the dark side of politics - the ruinous left.

anything so obviously jilted politically, being considered as “news” was torture, but only for a thinker. note this doesn’t mean a “genius” but anyone who dares engage their senses and brain

anyway, CNN is stupid. so was Ted Turner

i mean “is.” evidently he is still alive

you know what else is stupid is that ”msnbc” but i guess that’s pretty obvious even to those who think CNN is “news.”. anyway just thought i’d point out the obvious

I bet you have some stories to tell!

Sneaky brought it up to me. And I responded to him. No error.

There’s nothing to rationalize, unless we need to start rationalizing “responding to what a person said to me every time I post on a message board.” Sounds pretty silly-or at least, it should-and that’s the absurd stance you’re taking right now.

The good news is that it’s out there for all to see. And you’re STILL keeping it going.
