The only way they should ever receive an increase over all that time is to be able to move up into one of those top 10 spots.

You really don’t see anything wrong at all with that situation where any and all increases for the company only go to the top 10 guys and the 50 investors?

The positions in those bottom 90 spots deserve nothing? Do you really believe that?

Remember everyone of those job positions stayed the same from when they started in 1980 but the top 10 job positions received increases while the lower 90 did not.

And don’t forget about the 50 investors making money in both dividends and capital gains.

And like you, about half of the 90 guys with no increase keep telling their families and friends to stop worrying about how the top 10 guys and investors are splitting up the increases the company keeps getting. They think everything is great!
