It’s the same mysterious people that we have here in America that are going to pay the student loans back for all those poor citizens who were forced to take them out.
And if you think about it, Why should people be burdened with high electric bills? Make it free for everyone! Nothing creates an abundant supply of something faster than making it free don’tcha know!
