The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was denied permission by the White House to brief the public about the coronavirus crisis, a source at the agency told Yahoo News.

The CDC, namely Redfield, disappeared when COVID exploded for 3 months. And honestly, they can just stay away. They have been largely useless in this pandemic.

They botched the initial tests after refusing the WHO tests that worked, that cost us weeks and probably doubled the number of coronavirus cases we now have. That cost us tens of thousands of lives. They continued waffling about masks, which cost lives. Almost everything they did was bungled.

And then, when things went horrible, they disappeared.

Now they reemerge and are staring to complain that they cannot get out in front of the camera? Cry me a river.

Yesterday, the host of Meet the Press said that for three months they had been requesting Fauci or someone from the CDC to be a guest and for three months the administration had been denying the request.

So they interviewed the head of the FDA. I’m sure that guy is a good doctor, but he has only been the head of the FDA since December, and prior to that he was an oncology radiologist.

The CDC dropped the ball and never got up to standards after the Swine flu during the previous Administration and maybe that’s why no one from that incompetent and malfeasance organization was included in the task force.

CBS had reporters at the WH press briefings that Trump had almost every day and could ask what ever they wanted of both doctors. The CDC was never silenced.
