I was told in another thread that thousands of migrants would be throwing rocks at border patrol agents at the same time. But i suppose an isolated incident can be exagerrated for political purposes.

I was told in another thread that everyone in the caravan was peaceful and only seeking a better life and there would be no violence or anyone that wasn’t of the peaceful asylum-seeking refugee model.

2 years in and still no wall. How come the world class negotiator is unable to deliver on this promise. Prior to a few weeks ago Republicans controlled it all.

I am actually more optimistic with a D controlled house that actual negotiation will take place.

See how beneficial the wall is for both the US and the exploited migrants now? No need to mass and try and jump a substantial barrier.

Nothing happens without some semblance of a consensus.

So far it is a work in progress.

I am optimistic the D leadership will be more willing to negotiate with having some more input in the process.
