To clarify, I didn’t say she was trying to make him look good.
I was saying she tried to paint a scenario where his national socialist views may have made Germany great. One cannot look at Hitler that way because we all know that he was intent on eradicating Jews.
Its like trying to argue:
“Hitler was a monster that tried to eradicate the Jews.”
“True, but the unemployment rate dropped. There were many Germans who were happy to have jobs.”
There is not way to paint anything he did as being good for the country.
