I agree with you. Especially your last sentence. That’s the key. It’s not the job, it’s what you’re being paid for the job. Who cares how many jobs a company creates if your employees are miserable because they’re broke?

Even as a young kid in my late teens, and as dopey as I was, I knew I had to get a union job. I’ve been and continue to be union for 30+ years. No way will I ever subject myself to trash employers like Walmart or Amazon. People might laugh, but to me that would be akin to subjugation.
