false premise. very few people want to repeal the 2nd. the dems want common sense guns laws. we have courts for that reason if you think a states law is unconstitutional take em to court.

it does work as we have the current definition of the second thanks to SCOTUS.

That is a false premise. If they want the “common sense gun laws” they have proposed without repeal of the 2nd Amendment, then what they want is to violate the 2nd Amendment.

And the SCOTUS did NOT redefine the 2nd Amendment. They confirmed that it says exactly what it says, that “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

somehow you dont correlatation the common sense gun laws and low shooting deaths.

yet in New york, new jersey. mass. with common sense guns laws in place shooting deaths are low.

so laugh all you want. they work for the benefit of the citizens of said states without violating the constitution.

Your apparent definition of what constitutes “common sense” makes no sense at all. And even your anecdote has flaws. Yes, some cities in some states with severely restrictive gun laws have lower than average shootings, but others with such laws are at the top of the list. Chicago and Baltimore for example have some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, yet they have among the greatest incidents of shootings. Gun laws are only one small factor to affect the number of shootings in a community.

I have no idea what you think repealing the 26th will cause to happen. I have heard Democrats who want to lower the voting age from 18 to take advantage of a school indoctrinated left leaning voting block. What do you think of 15 or 16 or 17 year olds voting?
