Can someone define “woke” for me?

I keep hearing the term, but I have no idea what it means anymore.

It’s when you’re watching a tv show and a character is gay and they want you to know they are gay because the character says “ by the way, I’m gay. And you should be okay with that” but the audience isn’t and now they feel angry about it.

It manifests itself as a self-righteous sense of arrogant infallible virtue. Those suffering from it have self-appointed themselves as the betters of those who don’t agree with their point of view, feeling that it is their moral duty to save “us” from ourselves and projecting their hateful nature onto those they disagree with.

Pretty much any social fad being pushed by lib progs is woke. Other than that it’s kind of like porn … you can’t clearly define it, but you know it when you see it.

Being conscious of racial discrimination in society and other forms of oppression and injustice.

Does that include the injustice of the woke?

And oh such more!!!

Critical consciousness

Soooo, Christianity.

Many a woke non-Christian holds that viewpoint of Christians. Of course expressing it tends to put their projecting nature on full display.

This sounds like conservatives at the moment.

Not just racial but that’s close.

At least that is what it was before conservatives stole the term for their own distorted views.

And the projecting nature reveals itself again.

Conservatives are acting like the betters of libs who don’t agree with their ideology. Feeling like it their moral duty to save libs from their stupidity. They are projecting their hateful nature on to us who just want everyone to be treated equally.

And the projection of rationalized self virtue. You will know them by their fruit.

Correct, their fruit is exercising moral superiority through legislation.
