Can and/or should Joe Biden Pardon 20-30 million non-citizens?

Wasn’t at all surprised to see this show up on the web:

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/president-biden-should-issue-a-blanket-pardon-of-undocumented-immigrants/ar-AA1vxkeh?ocid=msedgntp&pc=LCTS&cvid=82139cc396a142eab241763a3123e379&ei=49

I’m sure every Dem would be on board, but I was curious on just what is in the scope of the President’s ability to pardon?

I don’t know, but I would hope that each person pardoned would have to be individually named…

Yeah, I think that’s right.

I dunno about that. Ford pardoned all the Vietnam War draft dodgers with a blanket pardon.

Of all the “will of the voters” talk Team Trump does, that would be a giant middle finger to the country and their pets.

Zero chance that will happen.

It won’t happen. I’m pretty sure the courts would step in in some kind of way.

Perhaps he could pardon them from being prosecuted for crossing the border illegally. That would not be the same as granting them citizenship or even legal residence. They could still be deported.
But then, has anyone ever been actually charged with crossing the border illegally?

For some reason, the “proggie left” are always wanting to change things.

Definitions of words.
How our laws work.
Things that go against the established norms.

Whatcha gonna do? They were voted into positions of power and we are stuck with them.

Unless…

They’re not concerned about scope defined by constitutional amendments or immigration law.
They make it up so as to do as they please.

Why is it, that Biden was declared to be mentally incompetent so bad, he couldn’t be held responsible for his law breaking activities but…he’s still ok to run the country? This is one of the largest government scams in our nation’s history and will be remembered as such. Be proud libs…you own this deceitful mess. The good news is though, “we the people” spoke up before it was too late and January 20th can not get here fast enough. This destruction of our nation has got to stop.

California Still wants them.
So why not save some money and make it a broadly-announced federal policy to informl 17 million “asylum-seekers” they can

  • a.) Move to California (and we’ll even give them bus tickets) and take their chances with whatever comes later

-or-

  • b.) Remain where they are and face 100% chance of attempted arrest and deportation.

The choice is theirs.
Easy peasy. Trump signs an order that he will not pursue in nor deport from Califonia for a period of 18 months.

(ahh, it’s hard being a genius)

Fine. But no extra federal money to go to taking care of foreign migrants. This is a voluntary thing on the states dime.

the draft board knew their names and previous addresses

Well yeah I didn’t think about that.

Not if it’s amnesty.

The difference between pardons and amnesty is that the latter is applied to groups.

Well . . . a little money.
NYC Mayor Eric Adams says he is paying for 64,000 asylum seekers and wants federal money.

We should start with them.
Printt up 64,000 fliers in english and spanish informing them that “If you stay here we will try to throw you out. If you go to Californina we will do nothing for 18 months.”

If we still don’t get results consider cross-country bus tickets.

I was just thinking about that.
And WHY is he able to pardon anyone with that brain?

How much are the Exec. Orders he pens now worth?
