Yep. As much as i love animals and for some reason the elephant is one of my favorite the attempt to equate them to humans when it comes to rights is ludicrous.
It’s a japanese culture thing. It’s drawn on manga i believe. There is a name for it but i can’t for the life of me remember what it is. It’s silly and it has never really sought mainstream acceptance really because it’s more about roleplay than Day to day life. Though i am sure instances can be found where people only acted as cats in their daily life.
Anyway point is that it’s a fun article about a silly subculture. Unis shouldn’t be spending their time writing policy like this.
