According to the person I was having a conversation with . . . . Clinton would have done things differently and we wouldn’t be in the situation. So I went with funding, they couldn’t come up with anything. I mentioned the travel restrictions when no other country and WHO were not recommending. They changed to declaring a national emergency late. So I asked for proof that the dem nominie (who would have been president) would have made the declaration earlier than Trump. So I’m waiting for them to back up the claim she would have made the declaration earlier. They said it wasn’t speculation that it would have happened.
