You said we shouldnt question the judgement of their superiors, all the while you are questioning the command that Trump has of the military. See the hypocrisy?

Then you asked Who exactly is Sneaky to question the military supervisors, all the while you are questioning the experience of Officers and NCOs who have spent 25 years or more of active duty.

You then compound all your ignorance by stating how exemplary the Lts performed when they blew the case.

There is none so blind as he who will not see.

I have no doubt these poor prosecutors will make up for their now lacking NAM the next time some admiral in a good mood passes them by and is impressed by the shine on their boots.

Yeah, Ok…by all means, support trump second guessing the military, and politicizing it on his twitter feed.

Enjoy.

Court says this guy didn’t break the law.

Understood. We weren’t discussing this specific case.

Oh. Then if your fabricated hypothetical case ever occurred, the court would handle that one too.

And they’ll probably not be coming to chat boards for any armchair quarterbacking from the internet peanut gallery.

doesn’t mean people can’t call him a war criminal.

isn’t the first thing they teach you when you get off the bus is to follow the rules.
isn’t one of those rules not to murder POWs which is a war crime punishable by death.

Was the “victim” his CO or a civilian?

And when you reach the priesthood and beyond, what do they teach you?

So execute him.

the days of executing war criminal is long gone, we shouldn’t pretend they are heroes.
this dude is a disgrace he shouldn’t be celebrated.

You can call him anything you want except peer.

At least we know our current commander in chief would never disparage anyone over their time as a prisoner of war.

Metals

You brought it up.

Shoes.

Sure they can call him that, just as other folks can call Trump the greatest president ever…seems like those two groups have something in common.

I wouldn’t want to be a peer with a war criminal.

I don’t think you need to worry about that.

What happened to your post about hanging?

I removed it because I made a similar post, and yes during WWII the punishment for killing a POW was hanging but like I said the days of exucting war criminals are gone, William Calley comes to mind.
