It is. And this kind of thinking that they aren’t who they are is precisely why so many struggle with depression, anxiety and suicide. It’s straight up mental abuse imo.

Homosexuals aren’t “corrupted”

That is the assertion of a sector of population that you identify with. Nothing more. Don’t even bother with “trust the science” either. Science has been politicized for ages. “Science” once put calipers on black men’s heads. And some believed what they were told by those “scientists”. Likewise somewhere there is a scientist who will say what pleases you: “It’s who they are”.

You’re right. Being gay is totally a choice.

It’s not up to me to define how your child is raised and what beliefs you teach them and what your expectations are for that child. And neither is it up to some teacher to define how a child is raised. To the extent that the parenting is legal, it’s up to the parent.

Your definition of “abuse” is not universal. And your definition of good parenting is not universal. Letting a child “pick” their gender is abuse AFAIC. It’s like letting them pick the menu every day. Or when to go to school and when not to.

Thank God you have no gay children

Amen to that. But my child is now an adult and is free to choose her sexual behavior. It’s her business because she’s an adult. A child is not an adult.

And gay kids are corrupted amirite

Well, maybe you’re right…it does not help.

College does not make a dullard brilliant.

Who said it did?

You tried to imply it.

I implied getting an college education can help people have a better ability to figure stuff out.
I never claimed it would make a dullard brilliant.

Try reading what I actually type, vs what you think what I am typing.

It doesn’t.

Doctors, engineers, lawyers?

Can do all of that without college huh?

Sure. It was done before.

Forget the piece of paper…

The skills that universities teach are helpful for engineers, lawyers, doctors and other professions…. Right

Which one are you?

How does an “associates degree in general studies” help “figure it out”?

John Wesley Hardin was a lawyer - he read the law in prison and took a test.

What college did Hippocrates of Kos attend?

Engineer

Probably just the skills to finish a hard process.

They learned the skill that universities also teach… just without the connections and prestige. I said the paper is relevant

Probably a 1970s high school diploma

Proving the university is not necessary.
