Damn near the Dark Ages, isn’t it?

I found data from Oct 2020 that says then EVs were 1.2% of all registered vehicles. So let’s assume it has doubled since then to 3%

Not sure what you mean. That 200 is Tesla only chargers.

At this rate, We won’t be to even 30% by 2035.

For me? None really, I charge at home. Do you have a gas pump at home?

In EV years, sure.

Sure glad I haven’t gotten one yet because of this.

1000 mile range, charge to 80% in ten minutes, will be in cars next year.

You do understand that not everyone lives in the Southwest and people that live in the North East often go for weeks without seeing the sun?

I have nothing against eclectic cars, they are great for those that they work for. However, mandating that everyone must have one and has no choice, reeks of totalitarian dictatorship with the purpose of making someone rich.

1000km, not miles. It’s roughly 621 miles. Still would be a massive improvement.

Oops my bad. Also has four times the surface area for thermal management.

That’s exactly what we have been saying all along. You can’t legislate technology.

When you build a better mousetrap the world will come knocking at your door. When people see electric cars are a better option they won’t have to be forced by government. Of course, cost is also a major factor, as is cheaper used cars for young people or those with limited means.

How many Tesla supercharging stations are powered with Tesla manufactured solar panels?

Don’t need to. When I need gas, I take five minutes to stop at the gas station and fill up.

What are you going to do when the California power grid can’t keep up with the demand caused by you “home chargers”?

You said Tesla hasn’t produced one kilowatt. I told you they do, in fact, produce at least one kilowatt.

Has nothing to do with their superchargers

Gas stations lol

"The company unveiled its new Qilin (formerly known as Kirin) … "

Beer powered? I like it.

Okay, technically you are correct. Tesla manufacturers solar panels. What have they done to improve the capacity of the grid?

Yeah, California will probably ban them too. But I don’t live in California.

Sold a bunch of power walls that can allow residential users to time shift their grid usage.

It shouldn’t be long before there are only two classes of people living in California.

  1. The super wealthy elite.
  2. Their imported slaves.

I wonder what the slaves will drive? Bicycles?

They produce solar power. Doesn’t that lower capacity on the grid?

Do you think everyone lives in the Southwest?
